As a Deputy Outpatient Manager at our Brentwood Hospital, you will be responsible for delivering key quality performance and financial plans & service enhancements. You will assist in the operational delivery of outpatient services ensuring the efficient running of the department, including clinical work in the department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Lead by example in providing excellent patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
- Train and develop more junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
