Outpatient Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Outpatient Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital.
As a Deputy Outpatient Manager, you will play a key role in the operational delivery of outpatient services, ensuring the efficient running of the department and delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Quality and Performance: Develop and implement key quality performance and financial plans, and service enhancements to drive excellence in patient care.
- Operational Delivery: Assist in the operational delivery of outpatient services, including clinical work in the department, to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Service Improvement: Identify and implement innovative methods to improve service delivery, aligned with the 5 CQC Key Lines of Enquiry, to achieve Good and Outstanding ratings.
- Clinical Governance: Embed Clinical Governance and risk management practices within daily operations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Leadership and Development: Lead by example, providing excellent patient care, and train and develop more junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
