We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Outpatient Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality performance and financial plans to drive service enhancements and improvements.
Assist in the operational delivery of outpatient services, ensuring the efficient running of the department and contributing to clinical work as needed.
Identify and implement innovative methods to improve service delivery, aligning with the 5 CQC Key Lines of Enquiry and striving for Good and Outstanding ratings.
Embed Clinical Governance and risk management practices within daily operations.
Conduct clinical and managerial audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Lead by example in providing exceptional patient care and training junior team members.
Registered with the relevant governing body and holding relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC.
Post-registration experience in care of patients, pre and post-operatively, in various specialties.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
