Job Title: Deputy Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Clinical Services Manager to join our team at Spire Hartswood Hospital. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the effective management of our clinical teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement clinical strategies that improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our clinical teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our clinical staff, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within our clinical teams.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background and experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and improving clinical outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinical staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
