Location: Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Outpatient Services Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services in our outpatient department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver key quality performance and financial plans & service enhancements.
- Assist in the operational delivery of outpatient services ensuring the efficient running of the department, this will include clinical work in the department.
- Seek and employ innovative methods of improving service delivery in line with the 5 CQC Key lines of Enquiry, always aiming to achieve Good and Outstanding.
- To ensure that Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice.
- Carry out both clinical & managerial duties and audits.
- Lead by example in providing excellent patient care.
- Training and develop more junior team members.
