We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Outpatient Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the outpatient department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Service Development: Develop and implement plans to improve service delivery, quality, and patient satisfaction, in line with the 5 CQC Key Lines of Enquiry.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure that clinical governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice, and that all clinical staff are aware of their responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for more junior team members, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Operational Delivery: Assist in the operational delivery of outpatient services, ensuring the efficient running of the department, including clinical work in the department.
