Deputy Outpatient Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Outpatient Services Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and services in our outpatient department.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Ensure the efficient running of the outpatient department, including clinical work and operational management.
- Quality and Performance: Develop and implement quality performance and financial plans to drive service enhancements and improvements.
- Leadership and Development: Lead by example, providing excellent patient care and training and developing more junior team members.
- Risk Management and Governance: Embed clinical governance and risk management practices within daily operations.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement innovative methods to improve service delivery, aligning with the 5 CQC Key Lines of Enquiry.
Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital is a modern, well-equipped hospital providing a range of services and treatments. Our hospital facilities include 42 beds, 4 Theatres, an Endoscopy Suite, 16 consulting rooms, MRI, CT, General Imaging, Pathology, Physiotherapy, and an onsite Pharmacy.
