Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering key quality performance and financial plans & service enhancements.
  • Assisting in the operational delivery of outpatient services, ensuring the efficient running of the department, including clinical work in the department.
  • Seeking and employing innovative methods of improving service delivery in line with the 5 CQC Key lines of Enquiry, aiming to achieve Good and Outstanding ratings.
  • Ensuring Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice.

  • Training and developing more junior team members.
