We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Professional to design, develop, and implement comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for our sales managers.

About the Role:
  • Develop and manage structured onboarding programs to accelerate new sales managers' ramp-up time
  • Design tailored learning paths to address core competencies like product knowledge, soft skills, and CRM efficiency
  • Lead Salesforce (SF) training initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to align training initiatives with business strategies
  • Measure training effectiveness by gathering feedback, tracking performance metrics, and refining content

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales training, a strong understanding of sales processes, and proficiency in using Salesforce (SF) and other CRM tools to maximize team effectiveness.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's preferred) and at least five years of experience in sales enablement or training are required. A proven track record of designing and delivering successful onboarding and learning programs, along with expertise in Salesforce (SF) and CRM systems, is essential.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
