At SHERPANY, we're looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll play a vital role in equipping our sales team with the necessary training, resources, and strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to accelerate new sales team members' ramp-up and ensure seamless integration into our dynamic environment.
  • Create and manage high-quality sales content, tools, and resources that streamline daily operations and enhance the overall sales experience.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuously adjust training initiatives for optimal results.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to design and implement initiatives that boost productivity, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

Salary Estimate:

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
