About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Learning Manager to join our Sales Enablement team in London. This is a full-time, permanent position that will require hybrid working (2-3 days per week in office, rest of week remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tailored strategies for Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules using MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Provide personalized coaching to employees and implement structured frameworks to foster professional growth and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Lead skills reviews, support career development planning, and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
About the Team

The Sales Enablement team at Clarivate's Life Sciences & Healthcare segment is a globally distributed group driving learning excellence and impactful educational initiatives. Based in the UK, the team includes Sales Learning Managers, a Sales Enablement Manager, and a Sales Program Manager, supported by ten Customer Education Managers across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
