Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Consultant to join our Service Delivery Team at Itineris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our UMAX application, and driving business growth through process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing timely updates to customers and ensuring prompt closure of incidents.
  • Functional Changes: Perform impact analysis, determine change priorities, and implement functional changes in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure a professional and successful service delivery approach, respecting all agreements between Itineris and customers.
  • Collaboration: Participate in project activities, provide input and advice to key-users and colleagues, and communicate new business opportunities to the Business Development team.
  • Standby Support: Participate in outside business hours standby schedules to ensure prompt resolution of incidents.

Requirements

  • Business Acumen: Strong interest in functional business processes and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Application Support role.
  • Technical Skills: MS Dynamics AX or D365 experience is a plus, and knowledge of a business application (ERP is an asset).
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer focus, quality-driven, proactive, and a team player with a flexible attitude.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
