Job Description

Role Overview

As a key member of our Service Delivery Team at Itineris, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our UK customers. As our Application Support Consultant, you will be part of a rotation team that delivers top-notch support on all UMAX functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional Support: Provide expert-level support on UMAX functionalities, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve incidents/bug fixes in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
  • Functional Changes: Collaborate with customers to prioritize and implement functional changes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SLAs.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure a professional and successful service delivery approach, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Project Support: Participate in project activities to ensure service readiness and successful go-live execution.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide input, advice, and training to key-users and colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and communicate them to the Business Development team.

Requirements

  • Business Acumen: Strong interest in functional business processes and a solid understanding of business applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Application Support role, with MS Dynamics AX or D365 experience a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, quality-driven, and proactive, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quick learning ability and eagerness to learn.
  • Team Player: Result-oriented, responsible, and a team player with a flexible attitude.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel regularly to client premises, with a UK residence and RTW only (no sponsorships offered).
