**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Mental Health to join our team at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a mental health nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assessing patient conditions, monitoring symptoms, and arranging diagnostic tests as needed
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals
- Liaising with colleagues and community services to ensure seamless care transitions
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing (Adult or Mental Health) and registration with the NMC
- At least 6 months' experience in a mental health hospital environment within the last 3 years
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Estimated Salary**: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
