We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. Main Responsibilities

  • Assessing patient conditions and developing personalized care plans
  • Providing comprehensive care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and community clinics
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices

Salary and Benefits
