Mental Health Service Coordinator

About the JobAs a key worker, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and supporting individuals over 65 with complex needs. You will work closely with other services, including social care and the voluntary sector, to provide positive support and forward signposting.
Your role will involve developing close working relationships with statutory and voluntary services, educating junior staff, and participating in integrated team working. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Key Requirements- RMN/BSC Hons or Diploma in mental health nursing (NMC registration)
- Driving license required for work purposes
- Post graduate diploma level experience or equivalent
The salary for this role is £39,205 - £47,084 per annum (inclusive). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
