About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator in the Emergency Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. This will include registration on our Cerner IT program, admissions/discharge scanning, appointment booking, and working closely with the team to support the delivery of objectives.

Requirements

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities.
