Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator
About the RoleThis is a customer-facing position at The LivingCare Group, where you will be the primary point of contact for clients inquiring about private and swabbing services.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills to manage online and telephone bookings for swabbing services, as well as maintain high customer service standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working under pressure, multitasking, and ensuring timely delivery of company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Booking Management: Manage online and telephone bookings for swabbing services, ensuring seamless client experience.
- Waiting Time Optimization: Effectively manage waiting times and escalate where necessary to ensure prompt service delivery.
- KPI Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of company KPIs, maintaining high performance standards.
- Onward Referrals: Make onward referrals where required, providing clients with relevant support services.
- Enquiry Response: Respond to client enquiries via multiple channels, including email, Facebook, live chat, and telephone, providing professional and prompt service.
- Database Management: Record client details on the appropriate database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Service Delivery: Ensure all processes are completed for clients booking appointments with LivingCare, delivering exceptional service quality.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, able to interact effectively with clients.
- Multitasking Ability: Have the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
