Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Performance Managers to enable them to meet their operational and commercial objectives.
- Manage SharePoint, adding and modifying documents.
- Disciplinary note taking.
- Run resourcing reports on overtime/call-out hours worked, if required.
- Support the booking of new starters onto training (e.g. induction, technical training, H&S training).
- Raise safety hazards on safeguard when required by technicians, performance managers or other site visitors.
- Raise and receipt all orders for all Performance Managers and operational teams.
Requirements:
- Salary: up to £32,000 depending on skills and experience.
- 36 hours per week Monday – Friday.
- 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service (plus bank holidays).
- Contributory pension – Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% - 2x employee contribution.
- Personal Medical Assessments – Open to all once a year.
