Culinary Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team in Compass UK & Ireland on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will work closely with other chefs and support staff to deliver exceptional food experiences for our customers.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a commercial kitchen, with a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and presentation. You will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including career development opportunities and a positive work-life balance.
