Clinical Office Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical and typing skills, with previous administration experience and the ability to work under pressure. A team player, able to maintain discretion and confidentiality, will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Haematology Clinical Team, including organizing workload with consultants and coordinating activities with office coordinators.
• Communicate effectively with patients, GPs, and hospital staff, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Exercise initiative and use judgment in daily tasks, working flexibly as part of a team.
• Liaise with patients to obtain medical notes, respond to queries, and provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
• English GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
• Previous administration experience, with excellent clerical and typing skills.
• Ability to deal with sensitive information, work under pressure, and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
