Multitasking Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at The LivingCare Group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service to clients while managing online and telephone bookings for swabbing services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience in multitasking, working under pressure, and ensuring timely delivery of company KPIs.
Responsibilities- Manage online and telephone bookings for swabbing services, ensuring seamless client experience.
- Effectively manage waiting times and escalate where necessary to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of company KPIs, maintaining high performance standards.
- Make onward referrals where required, providing clients with relevant support services.
- Respond to client enquiries via multiple channels, including email, Facebook, live chat, and telephone, providing professional and prompt service.
- Record client details on the appropriate database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ensure all processes are completed for clients booking appointments with LivingCare, delivering exceptional service quality.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, able to interact effectively with clients.
- Have the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
As a Patient Services Coordinator at The LivingCare Group, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
