- You will assist residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections.
- Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
- PRACTICE SAFE SYSTEMS OF WORK ACROSS THE RANGE OF TASK.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
- Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
- Be able to adapt and be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
