Salary:The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to service users with individual needs and independent living skills.
- Work as part of a dedicated team to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Maintain the safety and well-being of service users, colleagues, and guests.
- Assist with medication management, cooking, exercise, and general cleaning duties.
- 6 months experience working in a similar support setting.
- Awareness of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Comfortable with housekeeping, cleaning, and basic food preparation.
