About the Role

We are seeking Female Support Workers to join our team in Chertsey, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, dementia, challenging behaviors, epilepsy, and diabetes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and support services.

As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including community engagement and social interactions
  • Providing personal care and promoting independence
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment

The salary for this role is £23,264 per annum (pro rata). We offer a range of benefits, including a welcome bonus, early pay, paid DBS, flexible working, and access to high-quality training programs.
