Your Role

We're looking for caring and compassionate Female Support Workers to join our team in Chertsey, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, dementia, behaviours that challenge, epilepsy, and diabetes.

This dynamic role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support.

Key Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as social work, nursing, or psychology.
  • Experience in adult care or a related field, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with complex needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £23,264 per annum (pro rata). As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
