**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Learning Disabilities department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities.
**Responsibilities and Requirements:*** Provide person-centered care to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and dignity at all times.* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.* Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.* Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices.* A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Registered Nurse working with Learning Disabilities in a UK hospital environment within the last 3 years.* Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up-to-date with current nursing practices.* **Salary:** £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.* Flexible working arrangements, including bank shifts and fixed-term placements.* Access to training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.* Membership benefits, including discounts on shopping, travel, and leisure activities.
