Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nurse-led clinics to assess and treat patients with urinary tract symptoms (LUTS).
  • Collaborate with community partners for ongoing treatment and provide effective communication.
  • Evidence self-development to meet patient needs in the specialty of urology.
  • Support and mentorship of the urology nursing team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant post-registration experience at Band 5 level or above.
  • Experience of multi-professional working.
  • Urological experience.

This position requires a confident proactive practitioner who can work autonomously in the field of urology, with excellent skills in communication and patient-centered care. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
