We are currently looking for a skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work nights at our private nursing home.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' health and wellbeing across a complex caseload, ensuring timely and accurate care delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality care that meets individual needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Embody best practices in health and safety, security, and equality, diversity, and rights.
  • Maintain and develop services through quality improvement initiatives.

  • Success in working collaboratively within teams to achieve common goals.
  • Competence across a range of nursing skills, supported by strong professional and clinical knowledge.
  • Meeting training requirements for the Staff Nurse – RGN role, including infection control and health and safety competencies.
  • Demonstrating accountable practice principles as a Registered Nurse.
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction and comfort.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:

Working Hours: 36 - 48 hours per week. Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be a registered general nurse (RGN) with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
