Nurse Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 nurse to lead our Neonatal and Special Care Unit. As a Band 7 clinical lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare at Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
With a strong focus on quality and patient care, you will be responsible for leading and promoting a quality service using research and evidence-based practice. You will work closely with other Unit Sisters to manage operational processes, line management of ward staff, and contribute to the corporate agenda.
Our team is dedicated to providing expert care for some of the sickest and most complex babies. We use cutting-edge technology, such as Vapotherm, to support our patients. As a Band 7 nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of our patients and families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, preferably in a similar environment, and experience in business planning. You will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence in patient care.
We offer a competitive salary of £48,270 to £54,931 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including excellent pension scheme and annual leave entitlement, on-site nurseries, and on-site parking.
