We are currently recruiting Female Support Workers to join our team in Chertsey. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personalized care and support plans to meet individual needs
  • Engaging individuals in meaningful activities, such as sensory classes, music therapy, and day trips
  • Managing medication and maintaining accurate records
