Job Overview

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Homecare Professional to join our team in Chertsey. As a Homecare Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a part-time/full-time opportunity to work as a Personal Support Assistant, supporting our clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and experience to deliver high-quality care and support.

Estimated Salary: £17.16 per hour (enhanced bank holiday rate) + £22.88 per hour for Christmas & New Year.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and cook or prepare hot meals
  • Help with domestic tasks and maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a driving license and access to a vehicle for work. You must also have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and the ability to work independently.
