We are seeking Female Support Workers to join our team in Chertsey, providing assistance to individuals with learning disabilities, dementia, challenging behaviors, epilepsy, and diabetes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including community engagement and social interactions
- Supporting financial management and household tasks
- Providing personal care and promoting independence
