Client Support Team Lead

The LivingCare Group is seeking a Client Support Team Lead to oversee the management of online and telephone bookings for swabbing services.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks, and ensure timely delivery of company KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience in multitasking, working under pressure, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities- Lead the team in managing online and telephone bookings for swabbing services, ensuring seamless client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize waiting times and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring timely delivery of company KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, using the appropriate database.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and guide the team.
- Have the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
