A successful UK-based operation with European presence seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in both Italian and Spanish. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering top-notch customer experiences. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide courteous, professional, and efficient support to customers via phone and other channels.
- Assist clients with queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Italian and Spanish is essential, as well as basic proficiency in English. A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also vital.
