About the Position

You will join our highly regarded EMEA Consulting Group as a PS Coordination team member, supporting F5 Professional Services (PS) Sales and Consulting efforts. You will collaborate with customers and various groups within F5, including Order Administration, PS Sales, Consulting Management, Consultants, and Project Managers.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating resource assignments, deliveries, and revenue recognition for PS offerings.

Location:

Chertsey/UK or Paris/France – Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with F5 customers and internal teams regarding scheduling PS services and consulting projects across European countries.
  • Track, process, and forecast revenue for PS services and Consulting engagements.
  • Collaborate with PS Sales and Accounting to resolve finance-related queries.
  • E nsure Consulting Engagements and Installations are delivered to closure in Oracle and Professional Services Automation Tool (PSA).
  • Send follow-up Customer Satisfaction Surveys to customers once work is complete.
  • Uphold F5's Business Code of Ethics and promptly report any violations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing and verbal communication.
  • Able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Aptitude for financial data analysis and composition.
  • Patient and able to explain processes/procedures clearly.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (SF.com) and Oracle is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.

Experience and Education

  • Prior experience in IT Professional Services or Consulting is a plus.
  • Fast-paced sales/customer-focused environment experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is desirable but not mandatory.

Salary: Estimated £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on location and experience.
