">Job Requirements
">This position involves:
- Planning and delivering a highly specialist psychology service
- Oversighting clinical governance and professional leadership
- Developing and implementing policies, protocols, and care pathways
- Ensuring the needs of people with protected characteristics are met
- Supervising trainees and junior personnel
- Conducting clinical audits and research
You must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
- Completion of an appropriate clinical supervision course
- HCPC registration
- Additional academic clinical qualification relevant to the area of work
- Additional leadership/management study
With a strong background in clinical psychology and leadership, you will be successful in this challenging role.
