Job Title: Technical Services Area Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Services Area Manager to join our operations team at Thorpe Park Resort. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical services across our resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage technical services across the resort.
- Ensure compliance with external and internal mandatory requirements.
- Support Marketing initiatives as necessary.
- Demonstrate sound financial stewardship and control.
- Contribute to enhancing Organisational Capability through role modelling technical expertise and behavioural competencies.
- IDentify, nurture, grow, and retain a technically strong team.
- Promote core Technical Services values and mission.
- Manage situations as necessary through consistent performance in carrying out responsibilities.
This role offers a competitive salary of £47,362 - £50,383 per annum. You will also receive 20 FREE tickets to any Merlin attractions worldwide and other benefits such as 25% discount in our retail shops and restaurants.
