Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Chertsey, Surrey. As a Building Services Expert, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance and technical support to ensure the smooth operation of building services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver maintenance across all aspects of building services, bringing strong knowledge of building systems.
  • Provide maintenance support, including installation, planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance, in relation to site services and plant/equipment.
  • AHU, FCU, and mechanical servicing/maintenance, including pump seals, bearings, and alignment.

Requirements
  • Engineering/Technical qualification (Apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 in a relevant discipline).
  • AHU, FCU, and mechanical servicing/maintenance experience.
  • The ability to write reports and job sheets.
  • Experience in Building Services.
  • Good knowledge of other areas of building services (BMS, Electrical).
