Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Multi Function Printers Expert
Location: Kent
Salary: £32,000 per annum plus benefits
A leading global business is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical support services in the Kent area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales implementation services including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance for a range of multi-functional printers and devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and diagnose machine faults as per Company Guidelines and SLAs on specified equipment.
- Train customers to be proficient in the use of their equipment.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and skills.
About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity to work with a successful company, providing expert technical support services to customers in the Kent area. If you have previous experience supporting multi-function printers and taking apart equipment to component level, we would like to hear from you.
