Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance for a range of MFPs/MFDs. This will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The key requirements for this role include:
  • A strong technical background, particularly in MFPs/MFDs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of mechanical aptitude, particularly taking apart to component level.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
