Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Field Services Engineer to cover the Kent area for our global business. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with previous experience supporting MFPs/Printers.

About the Role
We require a Technical Support Specialist to provide post-sales/implementation technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance for a range of MFPs/MFDs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance for MFPs/MFDs.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding operation and malfunctions, advising on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Installing, maintaining, and diagnosing machine faults as per Company Guidelines and SLAs on specified MFP equipment.
  • Training customers to be proficient in using their equipment.
