Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tech transfers, troubleshooting activities, and project management to secure existing manufacturing processes and support new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing and new projects development.
- Collect and review process validation and analytical method validation data highlighting any out of specification/trend results.
- Review batch documentation updates for existing commercial products and assess impact on process robustness or product quality, highlighting significant variances.
- Identify and recommend the best contract development and manufacturing partner for each project.
- Plan and cost out projects and ensure that realistic and credible project plans are constructed and maintained as live working tools.
- Identify the appropriate resources (financial, expertise, equipment) required for each project.
- Ensure that projects are conducted in a transparent manner and that legitimate stakeholders receive updates and communications in a timely manner.
Salary: £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
About the Role: This is a full-time permanent role with blended (hybrid) working arrangements currently in place and expected to continue on a non-contractual basis in future. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a Pharmaceutical production or development environment, to include working with staff on issues arising within a production environment.
