Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance for a range of MFPs/MFDs.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding operation and malfunctions, advising on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Installing, maintaining, and diagnosing machine faults as per Company Guidelines and SLAs on specified MFP equipment.
  • Training customers to be proficient in using their equipment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in MFPs/MFDs. They will also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a high level of mechanical aptitude, particularly taking apart to component level.
