About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to lead our Hot Beverage category, with a focus on delivering sustainable volume growth opportunities and maximising commercial value. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching, developing, and leading procurement professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category strategies to drive business growth and optimise quality and gross margin delivery
- Provide effective leadership and development to a category buyer
- Accountable for process stewardship and influencing business requirements across the Hot Beverage spend for the UK&I
The successful candidate will be an infectious 'Can Do' attitude holder, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent analytical tools skills. They will be comfortable working under pressure and making strong decisions with good commercial acumen.
