About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within our new mental health inpatient service.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical pathways that promote person-centred quality care plans, ensuring effective assessment, treatment, and recovery outcomes for patients with complex needs.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the development of innovative service delivery models that meet the evolving needs of our patients.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, you will work towards improving patient engagement and experience, focusing on reducing stigma and promoting empowerment through accessible support services.
  • You will also lead initiatives aimed at increasing staff knowledge and skills, enhancing their ability to deliver excellent patient care and driving continuous quality improvement.
