Senior Culinary Team Member

We are recruiting a skilled Senior Culinary Team Member to join our team at a Luxury Country House Hotel. As a key member of our AA rosette level Hotel kitchen, you will assist the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and service standards for our fine dining restaurant and private functions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to maintain high-quality dishes and presentation
- Preparing and plating food for our fine dining restaurant, ensuring attention to detail and consistency
- Providing guidance and support to junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- Working closely with suppliers to source fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients, enhancing our menu offerings
Compensation and Benefits
You can expect a competitive salary up to £35k per year, plus tips worth up to £3k annually. Additionally, we offer a generous 28-day holiday package and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
