As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
Our Care Assistant roles involve a range of duties, including assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing. You will also be responsible for recognizing clinical risk areas and reporting any concerns to our senior staff.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 4 x 12 hour shifts per week, apprenticeships, leisure and retail discounts, and a DBS Disclosure check.
