Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee key territories within Europe, particularly in the UK and France. As a Sales Manager with our client, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting potential prospects into loyal customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in consultative selling, preferably in service-based selling with a solid network within the Personal & Home Care industry. You should have a track record of working with diverse customer needs and tailoring sales approaches accordingly.
This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with a good command of French also being highly desirable.
Frequent travel is required within your designated territories, primarily in the UK and France, to engage with prospects, demonstrate products, and close deals. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, promotional activities, and customer messaging.
