Your new role:


Part of the Senior Leadership Team you will play a key role in driving growth and leading our commercial strategy across key accounts in the grocery retail sector.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Highly collaborate leader, engaging the team and encouraging them to challenge, bring ideas to the table, take risks and make things happen.
  • Define clear operating frameworks within which the sales function operates in terms of negotiations, pricing and promotion strategy to deliver optimum performance.
  • Manage our existing customers and channels. You’ll build strong, strategic relationships that help drive rapid growth for Krispy Kreme and for the categories.
  • Continue to grow and build our iconic brand while unlocking new listings in new and current channels.
  • Full P&L responsibility - you’ll be expected to deliver and surpass our budgeted financial targets.
  • Track Krispy Kreme’s performance within the context of the category, you’ll be expected to understand the key drivers of performance and to be able to succinctly share the insights internally and with the customers. The customers will see you as someone who has their finger on the pulse and is a reliable source of insight.
  • Analyse data to help build your sales presentations and to identify opportunities.

  • Previous experience working within account management on grocery accounts.
  • Your drive and entrepreneurial spirit, brings an understanding of exceptional customer service with strong external networks. The ability to span the continuum between strategic and hands on, with exceptional tactical execution implementation.
  • You know how to get things done, you can naturally inspire and lead a room.
  • Strong relationship builder - you’re great at communication and building rapport with customers but are still able to have the difficult conversations when you need to.
  • Commercially astute - you need to have a thorough understanding of the P&L and be confident with numbers.
  • Proven track record of growing and developing new business/categories.
  • Experience working in a globally matrixed organisation as a leader who has comfort with working across markets and functions to create the best possible outcomes for the business and brand.
  • Hustle hard and work fast: Energy and enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and get involved from day one.
